My name is Kaz, I am a professional freeride skier based out of Salt Lake City, UT. In 2024 I graduated from CU Boulder with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business. Since I graduated I have been looking for a way to blend together the two different sides of engineering and skiing. This is when KZS Research was born, I found myself looking for different tools in the backcountry that I wasn’t able to exactly find elsewhere!
